Whole school neuroinclusion

Creating Neuroinclusive Schools

Neuroinclusion is not a single initiative. It shapes how a school teaches, communicates, responds and leads.

Where it shows up

Neuroinclusion affects the whole school

When practice is inclusive by design, fewer pupils need reactive support and staff spend less time managing avoidable difficulties.

In short

What is a whole school neuroinclusion review?

A neuroinclusion review looks at how neurodivergent pupils experience your school day to day. It typically includes classroom observations, staff confidence gathering, policy and provision review, and discussion with leaders, followed by clear findings and prioritised, realistic recommendations.

Practical solutions. Meaningful partnerships. Better outcomes.

Answers

Questions about whole school work

Written to be genuinely useful, and short enough to read at the end of a long day.

Who delivers the education work?
Our education work is led by Rhiann Marchant, a teacher and specialist SENCO with more than 15 years of experience across education, alongside colleagues with neurodevelopmental assessment and family support expertise.
Can training be delivered in school?
Yes. Training can be delivered in person at your setting, online, or as part of a wider partnership. Sessions can be shaped to fit twilight slots, INSET days or longer programmes across the year.
Do you work with multi-academy trusts?
Yes. Strategic Education Partnerships are designed for MATs, trusts, independent schools, local authorities and other educational organisations that need consistency across several settings.
How do we get started?
Book an education consultation. We will talk through your setting or your situation, suggest a proportionate starting point and confirm costs in writing before any work begins.
