What CPD does Sensational Minds provide for schools?
We deliver practical neurodiversity and SEND CPD for education staff, covering autism and ADHD in education, neuroaffirming and adaptive teaching, executive functioning, sensory processing, emotionally based school avoidance, provision mapping and working with families. Sessions are delivered in school, online or as part of a partnership.

Who delivers the education work?
Our education work is led by Rhiann Marchant, a teacher and specialist SENCO with more than 15 years of experience across education, alongside colleagues with neurodevelopmental assessment and family support expertise.
Can training be delivered in school?
Yes. Training can be delivered in person at your setting, online, or as part of a wider partnership. Sessions can be shaped to fit twilight slots, INSET days or longer programmes across the year.
Do you work with multi-academy trusts?
Yes. Strategic Education Partnerships are designed for MATs, trusts, independent schools, local authorities and other educational organisations that need consistency across several settings.
How much does education work cost?
Costs depend on the scope, format and length of the work. Consultation, training and partnership pricing is quoted individually after a short discovery conversation, and confirmed in writing before anything is booked.
