Corporate Neurodiversity Partnerships

Training creates awareness. Systems create change.

Neurodivergent people are already part of your workforce. Some will have a diagnosis, some may be waiting for assessment and some may never disclose. Many employees will also be supporting neurodivergent children or family members outside work.

The proposition

Sensational Minds helps organisations turn good intentions into practical, sustainable neuroinclusive practice

We provide accredited learning, live training, leadership development, organisational reviews, consultancy, employee pathways and long-term strategic partnerships.

Awareness is a valuable starting point, but learning is most effective when it is supported by inclusive systems, confident managers and accessible routes into support. We work with HR teams, EDI leads, managers, senior leaders and employees to build practical approaches that reflect your people, culture and priorities.

  2. Stage 2

    Develop

Live training and masterclasses build confidence and capability.

  3. Stage 3

    Review

Audits and reviews identify strengths, barriers and priorities.

  4. Stage 4

    Implement

Consultancy helps translate recommendations into everyday practice.

  5. Stage 5

    Embed

Retained partnerships strengthen systems, leadership and organisational culture.

  6. Stage 6

Our courses have been reviewed, and our training and proposals developed, with professionals working across a range of sectors, including corporate, financial services, retail, utilities, early years and education settings. Answers

Corporate neurodiversity questions

Written to be genuinely useful, and short enough to read at the end of a long day.

What is workplace neuroinclusion?
Workplace neuroinclusion means designing everyday working practice so that people who think, process and communicate differently can do their job well. It covers recruitment, induction, communication, meetings, workload, environment, adjustments, management conversations and career development, rather than a single awareness event.
What is neurodiversity training?
Neurodiversity training helps colleagues understand neurological difference from a strengths-based perspective and recognise the barriers people may meet at work. Ours is available as CPD-accredited e-learning or as live sessions shaped around your sector and roles.
What is neuroinclusive leadership?
Neuroinclusive leadership is the practical skill of leading a team where people have different processing, communication and regulation needs. It includes clear communication, collaborative adjustment conversations, psychological safety and fair performance discussions. Our Leading Neuroinclusive Teams course and manager training focus on this.
What does a neuroinclusion review involve?
A review looks at your current approach: policies, the employee journey, how adjustments are requested and agreed, how information is communicated and where managers may need more guidance. You receive prioritised findings and a realistic action plan. It recognises what already works and is not a fault-finding exercise.
How is consultancy different from training?
Training builds knowledge and confidence in individuals. Consultancy works on the systems around them, such as policy, adjustment processes, manager escalation routes and implementation planning. Most organisations benefit from both, which is why our pathway moves from learning through to embedding.
Can training be delivered internationally?
Yes. Live training and the masterclass series can be delivered virtually to teams in different countries and time zones, subject to contracting and delivery arrangements. In-person delivery is available by agreement.
Can the courses be included in our LMS?
In many cases, yes. Licensing and hosting arrangements are agreed according to your requirements. We will confirm technical compatibility with your specific Learning Management System before anything is agreed.
Are volume discounts available?
Reduced per-learner pricing is available for organisations purchasing access for more than ten people. Tell us the number of learners and preferred delivery arrangement and we will prepare a tailored quote.
What training is suitable for managers?
Leading Neuroinclusive Teams at £70 per learner is our accredited manager and leadership course. Many organisations combine it with live manager sessions or the neuroscience-led masterclass series for deeper leadership development.

Where Should Your Organisation Begin?

You may need an accessible learning programme for your workforce, practical development for managers, an independent review of existing arrangements or a specialist partner to support longer-term change. We will help you identify a proportionate starting point based on your organisation, workforce and priorities.

You do not need to have everything worked out before speaking to us. A conversation can help clarify what your organisation already does well, where barriers may remain and which next step is most useful.
