Why this is not open to everyone yet
The tool records answers about you or your child that are health related. We are completing our data protection impact assessment, retention schedule and access review before opening it to everyone.
What we would collect if you are given access
- Your answers to the reflection statements
- The pathway you chose and the summary band produced
- Your name and email address if you ask us to send you the summary
Our commitments
- It is not a diagnostic test and no result is a diagnosis
- Answers are never used for automated decision making
- We do not sell or share your answers for marketing
