Jobs with Sensational Minds
We work on an associate model, which means we grow the team as demand grows. If you share our neuroaffirming, family-centred approach, we would love to hear from you.
How we work
An associate model built for flexibility
At Sensational Minds we work on an associate model. Rather than a fixed roster, we bring in skilled clinicians and specialists as assessments, coaching and partnerships come in. As the business grows, so does the work, and we look to our associate network first when new opportunities arise.
It is a flexible way of working that suits experienced practitioners who value autonomy and want to fit meaningful work around other commitments. We review applications on a rolling basis, so there is no closing date. Please feel free to add your CV and complete the form below, and we will be in touch when a suitable opportunity comes up.
We are always looking for autism, ADHD and dyslexia assessors and highly skilled specialist SENCos to join the team. We also welcome operational staff CVs.
