Bespoke means bespoke

Training should reflect the organisation you actually are

We shape content around your sector, roles, working environments, employee needs and existing inclusion strategy, so examples are recognisable and the actions are realistic.

Before the session

A short scoping conversation to understand roles, environments, current pressures and what you want people to do differently afterwards.

During the session

Interactive discussion, practical examples, scenarios drawn from your setting and time for questions.

After the session

Resource guides and suggested next steps, with recordings available where contractually agreed.

Answers

Questions about live training

Written to be genuinely useful, and short enough to read at the end of a long day.

What is neurodiversity training?
Neurodiversity training helps colleagues understand neurological difference from a strengths-based perspective and recognise the barriers people may meet at work. Ours is available as CPD-accredited e-learning or as live sessions shaped around your sector and roles.
Can training be delivered internationally?
Yes. Live training and the masterclass series can be delivered virtually to teams in different countries and time zones, subject to contracting and delivery arrangements. In-person delivery is available by agreement.
What training is suitable for managers?
Leading Neuroinclusive Teams at £70 per learner is our accredited manager and leadership course. Many organisations combine it with live manager sessions or the neuroscience-led masterclass series for deeper leadership development.
Is the learning suitable for different sectors?
Yes. The accredited courses are written for employees across all roles and sectors, and live training is adapted to your working environments, whether office, hybrid, retail, operational, clinical or education settings.
Can training be adapted to practical, non-office or hybrid environments?
Yes. Bespoke training uses examples drawn from your actual roles, shift patterns and environments, including frontline, field-based and hybrid working.

Where Should Your Organisation Begin?

You may need an accessible learning programme for your workforce, practical development for managers, an independent review of existing arrangements or a specialist partner to support longer-term change. We will help you identify a proportionate starting point based on your organisation, workforce and priorities.

You do not need to have everything worked out before speaking to us. A conversation can help clarify what your organisation already does well, where barriers may remain and which next step is most useful.
