Education partnerships

Long Term Partnerships That Build Capacity

Ongoing access to specialist expertise, so support is planned across the year rather than arranged in a crisis.

Partnership options

Three ways to work with us

Every partnership is shaped around the setting. Pricing is agreed following a conversation about scope, size and priorities.

For schools wanting an embedded specialist relationship.

A more embedded service that combines regular consultation with staff development and strategic support across the year.

  • Leadership guidance
  • Parent communication support
  • Provision reviews

Approved partnerships

Organisations we work alongside

We only name an organisation here where written permission has been given.

Minerva Virtual Academy

An online independent school supporting young people who find mainstream attendance difficult. We work alongside Minerva Virtual Academy to support neurodivergent learners and their families.

Future partnerships

We are always interested in working with schools, trusts and organisations who share our approach. If that sounds like you, get in touch.

In short

What is included in an education partnership?

Partnerships range from flexible advisory access through to a strategic arrangement across a trust. Depending on the level, they can include SENCO and leadership consultation, complex case discussion, staff training days, coaching for young people, neuroinclusion reviews and priority access to assessment pathways.

Supporting schools, families and young people to thrive together.

Answers

Questions about partnerships

Written to be genuinely useful, and short enough to read at the end of a long day.

Who delivers the education work?
Our education work is led by Rhiann Marchant, a teacher and specialist SENCO with more than 15 years of experience across education, alongside colleagues with neurodevelopmental assessment and family support expertise.
Do you work with multi-academy trusts?
Yes. Strategic Education Partnerships are designed for MATs, trusts, independent schools, local authorities and other educational organisations that need consistency across several settings.
How do we get started?
Book an education consultation. We will talk through your setting or your situation, suggest a proportionate starting point and confirm costs in writing before any work begins.
How much does education work cost?
Costs depend on the scope, format and length of the work. Consultation, training and partnership pricing is quoted individually after a short discovery conversation, and confirmed in writing before anything is booked.
