We want this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, speech input or simplified displays.

1. Our commitment
Accessibility matters to us because many of the people we work with are neurodivergent, disabled, or both. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 at level AA as our working standard, and to keep improving as we learn.
2. What we have built in
- One clear main heading per page and headings in a logical order
- Text that can be resized and reflows on small screens
- Colour combinations chosen for contrast, with meaning never carried by colour alone
- Keyboard access to menus, forms and buttons, with a visible focus outline
- Descriptive link text, so links make sense when read on their own
- Alternative text for meaningful images, and decorative images hidden from screen readers
- Policy information written in plain English and kept out of collapsed panels
- Forms with visible labels, clear error messages and helpful descriptions
- Reduced-motion support, so animation is limited if your device asks for that
3. What we know is not right yet
