Rhiann founded Sensational Minds to improve support for neurodivergent people in education and the workplace, after seeing too many families left with a diagnosis and nothing else. As an education consultant and qualified SENCO, she brings classroom-level insight to our training, coaching and post-diagnostic services and works alongside families every step of the way.

Alex leads our gold-standard autism assessments, combining face-to-face ADOS-2 observation at our Colchester clinic with clinical interviews that build a full picture of how someone experiences the world. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist and Highly Specialist CBT Psychotherapist, Alex also brings deep mental health expertise to our multidisciplinary team.
