Neurodiversity Workplace Support for Your Organisation

From a free self-assessment to accredited learning and specialist consultancy, we help employers of every size build genuinely neuroinclusive workplaces.

Where to begin

Three clear starting points for your organisation

Most employers we meet know neuroinclusion matters but are unsure where they currently stand. These three routes are designed to meet you at your starting point, whether that is understanding your position, building workforce knowledge, or talking through what change could look like.

  • 1. Take the free audit

Eight minutes, 24 questions, eight areas of workplace neuroinclusion. You receive an instant maturity score and a branded PDF report showing where your organisation stands today.

Why it matters

Neuroinclusion is a business issue, not a tick-box exercise

Around one in seven people are neurodivergent. Organisations that understand and remove workplace barriers see the difference in recruitment, retention, wellbeing and performance. Those that do not often discover the cost through grievances, absence, attrition and tribunal claims.

Recruitment and retention

Inclusive recruitment, reasonable adjustments and manager confidence determine whether talented neurodivergent people join you and stay.

Legal and cultural risk

The Equality Act 2010 protects many neurodivergent employees. Understanding your duties reduces risk and builds a culture people trust.

Performance and wellbeing

When environments, communication and expectations work for different minds, teams perform better and burnout reduces.

Questions from employers

Written to be genuinely useful, and short enough to read at the end of a long day.

Do you provide neurodiversity workplace support in Essex?
Yes. Sensational Minds is based in Colchester and works with employers across Essex and the East of England, including Chelmsford, Braintree, Maldon, Basildon, Southend, Brentwood and Ipswich. Training, reviews and consultancy can be delivered on site, and everything is also available online for organisations further afield.
Is the workplace neurodiversity audit really free?
Yes. The audit is a free eight-minute self-assessment for small, medium and large organisations. You answer 24 questions across eight areas of workplace neuroinclusion and receive an instant maturity score with a branded PDF report. There is no charge and no obligation.
What happens after we complete the audit?
You receive your report straight away, followed by evidence-based information about workplace neuroinclusion. If you would like to go further, you can book a discovery call to talk through your results and explore proportionate next steps such as accredited e-learning, live training or a formal neuroinclusion review.
What size of organisation do you work with?
We work with small businesses taking first steps, medium-sized organisations building consistency, and large employers coordinating neuroinclusion across multiple sites or teams. The audit, learning and discovery conversation are all calibrated to your organisation's size and starting point.
Can support be delivered remotely?
Yes. E-learning is fully online, live training and masterclasses can be delivered virtually, and discovery calls take place by video or telephone. On-site delivery is available across Essex and the East of England, and further afield by arrangement.
