November Black Friday Offer: Terms & Conditions

The offer provides 10% off the total assessment fee for the following eligible assessment pathways:

• Online ADHD Assessment: £1,100 reduced to £990.
• Autism Assessment: £2,250 reduced to £2,025.
• Combined Autism & ADHD Assessment: £3,300 reduced to £2,970.
• Online Dyslexia Assessment: £650 reduced to £585.

The offer is available for eligible child, young person and adult assessments, subject to the requirements and suitability criteria of the relevant assessment pathway.

To qualify, the assessment must be booked and the required deposit paid between 1 and 30 November 2026. The assessment itself may take place after November.

The discounted price applies to the standard assessment pathway only. Any additional or optional services, external professional input, medication services, coaching, post-diagnostic support or other separately charged services are excluded unless expressly stated.

The offer cannot be applied retrospectively to assessments booked before 1 November 2026.

• The offer cannot be used in conjunction with another discount, promotional offer or previously agreed reduced fee.
• There is no cash alternative and the offer cannot be transferred to another person or assessment pathway.
• Booking under the promotion does not guarantee a particular diagnostic outcome. All assessments remain subject to Sensational Minds' usual clinical processes, professional judgement and assessment standards.
• Sensational Minds' usual payment, cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms continue to apply to bookings made under this promotion.
• Sensational Minds reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary. Any eligible booking already confirmed under the promotion will retain its agreed discounted price.
