Post-diagnostic support - a note from me
"You have changed our lives and our daughter's life"
A dad said this to me recently, and as you might imagine, it meant a huge amount to hear it.
When neurodivergent people are properly supported, they can thrive, and many of them can achieve extraordinary things, sometimes thanks to that neurodivergence.
I'm not talking 'super powers', I'm talking about putting the right support in place to allow someone to genuinely live better.
A diagnosis is often the starting point for understanding, not the end of the journey. Our post-diagnostic services are designed to provide practical strategies, emotional support, and guidance for everyday life.
Whether you are navigating school, work, or personal goals, we work alongside you to build on strengths, meet support needs, and create positive change.
